Edition one
Heritage Pro — Junior Schools
Class-based registers, continuous assessment and parent communication for primary teaching teams.
Established for institutions
One record for every learner. Admissions, attendance, assessment, finance and reporting run on the same system — so the numbers you report to your board are the numbers you can defend.

I. Editions
Three editions on one platform, each carrying the workflows, reporting formats and permissions its stage of education actually requires.
Edition one
Class-based registers, continuous assessment and parent communication for primary teaching teams.
Edition two
Subject sets, examinations and national reporting for secondary schools running multiple streams.
Edition three
Semester structures, credit accumulation and digital learning for tertiary registrars.
II. Capabilities
One database behind every screen. Nothing is exported, re-keyed or reconciled by hand at the end of term.
Student information
An applicant becomes a learner without a single re-entry. Every register, transfer and grade lands on the same permanent record — and stays auditable for as long as you keep it.

“A steady term. Kagiso should now push for consistency in written work.” — Form tutor
Assessment & reporting
Teachers enter marks once. Weightings, grade boundaries, positions and comments compute themselves — then the report card renders in your school's own established format.
Tertiary
Semester registration, credit accumulation, faculty workload and graduation clearance — with the learning platform attached to the very same student record.
| Code | Course | Cr | Grade |

| CMP211 | Data Structures | 4 | A |
| CMP223 | Database Systems | 4 | B+ |
| MTH204 | Discrete Mathematics | 3 | A− |

IV. Institutions
“We consolidated four systems into one. Fee collection improved twenty-two per cent in the first year, because arrears were finally visible to the people who could act on them.”
“Reporting used to take three weeks of evenings. This term it took a morning, and the numbers reconciled first time.”
“Registration week is no longer a crisis. Prerequisites are enforced by the system, so my office handles exceptions only.”
V. In the field
Junior school · Gaborone
Paper registers replaced across 32 classes. Absence messages reach guardians before the second period begins.
Senior school · Francistown
Mark entry, moderation and 1,100 report cards handled inside one term, with results released the same day.
College · Francistown
2,400 students self-register online. Credit rules, caps and clearance holds are enforced before a place is confirmed.

VII. Due diligence
Your institution owns its data outright. It is hosted in an ISO 27001 certified region, encrypted at rest and in transit, and exportable in full at any time — including after you leave.
A single school is typically live in two to four weeks, including migration and staff training. Groups run a phased rollout, one campus at a time, timed to term boundaries.
Yes. Learners, guardians, historical results and outstanding balances are migrated from spreadsheets or an existing SIS, then reconciled with your bursar before go-live.
Registers and mark entry work offline on the mobile app and sync when a connection returns. The web application is built to remain usable on low-bandwidth links.
Every institution keeps a named contact. Term-start and examination periods are covered by extended hours, and release notes are written for administrators, not engineers.
Governors receive a read-only board view: enrolment, attainment, attendance and fee collection, updated live and exportable as a signed PDF pack for meetings.
